We have a very happy farm at the moment, after some amazing results overnight. In one of the main feature days of racing in France, Oaklands Stud stallions have won 2 of the feature races on the same card!!
Son of Power, Laws of Indices (by Exceed and Excel mare, Sampers) was successful in winning the Group 1 feature, the Prix Jean Prat over 1400m. |
Power's excellent 2021 year has continued after producing a stakes Quinella at Otaki in NZ on Thursday. Four year-old mare Rose ‘n’ Power won the Listed Levin Stakes (1200m) from another daughter of Power in Romantic Lady.
The good news for Oaklands continued on the weekend, when the first Oaklands home-bred Two Year Old saluted at the Sunshine Coast on Sunday. |
