Oaklands stallions stock sold overseas
OTHER international and interstate buyers went for stock sired by the Oaklands Stud stallions at the auction, which was conducted by the Magic Millions Group.
Sydney-based Kim Moore went to $47,000 to secure a filly by the champion sire Lion hunter (Danehill-Pure Of Heart) from Sacahuista.
Worldwide Bloodstock, of South Africa, spent $63,000 for a son of the imported Green Desert horse Greenlander (GB) from Power Nap.
Darling Downs trainer Carmel Richardson bid $25,000 for a Lion Hunter-Santa Rosa colt and Brisbane’s Raymond Clarke paid $2000 for a Greenlander (GB)-House Music colt.
